How do I customize a Vazio package?
Customizations are easy with Vazio. Click on the base package you are interested in and follow the instructions to add bandwidth, disk space, email accounts or other features. You can also contact us to set up a custom package as well.
After I set up my hosting account, how do I get started?
Log into Vazio.com using your username and password. Once logged in you can get started directly in our interface or for more detailed instructions read our Getting Started Manual.
I'm not familiar with the technical portions of hosting and don't know what package is best for me.
Offhand, shared hosting plans are best for those looking for simple and easy to maintain hosting plans. However, we are able to work with you to verify the right plan for your needs and provide technical support for more advanced needs.
I'm looking for dedicated hosting and would prefer to have my own technical team manage our servrs, is that possible?
Yes, we provide you with all your own access to remotely manage your own servers and can provide on-site support as needed.
